Shipping for online purchases

Where possible I use packaging that is eco-friendly, reusable and recyclable.  I aim to send out art orders within 3 days and they will be sent via Royal Mail.  Alternatively, you can collect your purchase from the studio in Badgworth, Somerset.

Currently I am only able to ship within the UK.

Returns for online purchases

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, it can be returned for a store credit or an exchange.  The cost of returns must be covered by the customer with care taken when packaging and posting. Pictures or frames damaged in transit to me cannot be refunded. Please bear in mind that the colours in your painting or frame may differ slightly to the colours shown on your monitor, depending on your type of device. The decision to accept a return is at the sole discretion of The Little Framing Studio.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected is used for the legitimate interest of processing your purchase and maintaining records of your purchase history.  We will not share any of your details with third parties.  By making a purchase you are agreeing to share this data with us and we will only use it to provide and improve our service.
